For same-day and instant deliveries within Bali, the following conditions apply:

Customer availability: The customer must be reachable by phone at the time of delivery. If the driver is unable to locate the delivery address, they may contact the customer directly. In the event the customer is unreachable and the package cannot be delivered, Club Pantai Bali cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of the package left unattended.

Delivery address accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. Area names alone (such as Uluwatu, Canggu, Seminyak, or Ubud) are not sufficient. A full hotel name and room number, villa name, or precise location must be provided. Club Pantai Bali cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.

Delivery time estimates: Delivery times for same-day orders are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Club Pantai Bali will always make its best efforts to ensure timely delivery.

Return, exchange, and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions described in that policy.
