Delivery In Bali Today

Yes, absolutely. We offer same day delivery across Bali’s main areas including Uluwatu, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur and Kedungu.

Orders placed before 5 PM on business days (Monday to Friday) are delivered the same day, directly to your hotel or villa.

We deliver same day between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Our team will schedule your delivery within this time window after your order is confirmed.

We deliver to all major tourist areas in Bali, including:

  • Uluwatu & Bukit
  • Canggu, Kedungu, Seminyak, Kuta
  • Denpasar, Sanur
  • Ubud
  • Amed, Sidemen and the East Coast (on request)

If you're in a more remote or less-covered area, send us a WhatsApp message — we’ll do our best to arrange a delivery.

Delivery fees range between 20,000 IDR and 150,000 IDR, depending on your exact location.

We work with trusted couriers (Grab, GoSend, or our own team), and the fee is always confirmed before your order is finalized.

It’s super simple:

  4. You pay via a secure link (credit card or bank transfer)
  5. We prepare and deliver your order on the same day

Yes.
Just share the following details:

  • Name of your accommodation
  • Name used for the booking
  • A WhatsApp number where we can reach you

We’ll coordinate delivery with the reception or directly with you.

Sometimes, it’s possible. Just message us on WhatsApp — if a courier is available, we’ll organize an express delivery. Otherwise, we’ll suggest the fastest possible option.

You can request a free exchange within 24 hours.

Conditions:

  • The product must be new, unworn, with tags and original packaging
  • We’ll arrange pickup and new delivery
  • A small fee may apply depending on your area

We always contact you before delivery. If you’re unavailable, we can:

  • Leave the package at the reception or with a trusted staff member
  • Reschedule the delivery
  • Deliver to another location (if close enough)
  • Or, with your permission, hide the package in a safe spot and send you a photo of its exact location

No. Once your order is paid, it’s considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

However, if there's a sizing issue or product defect, you can request an exchange within 24 hours.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a summary via WhatsApp with product details and total amount.

An official invoice can also be sent upon request.
