Order & Shipping Policy

1. Order Process

Orders may be placed directly via our website or via WhatsApp for same-day delivery within Bali. An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp summarizing the details of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability.


2. Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards, secure payment links, and local bank transfer (Indonesia only). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details. Club Pantai is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.


3. Order Modifications & Cancellation

Once payment has been received, orders cannot be canceled. However, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to modify it at our discretion. Please contact us immediately. For customers located in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (such as the European Union), cancellation rights will be honored where legally required.


4. Same-Day Delivery – Bali (Indonesia)

Deliveries operate daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery within Bali, depending on location and availability. In selected areas, instant delivery (typically within 1–3 hours) is available via on-demand couriers such as Grab or Gojek, subject to availability.
Delivery zones include Uluwatu, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Kedungu and surrounding areas. Delivery fees range from 20,000 IDR to 150,000 IDR depending on location and are confirmed before dispatch. Deliveries may be handled by Grab, Gojek, or our in-house team.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Service availability and delivery times may be delayed, limited, or unavailable on Indonesian public holidays (including Nyepi), as well as during periods of high demand, adverse weather, or logistical constraints. In such cases, we will inform customers as early as possible and propose alternative delivery arrangements where feasible.


5. Shipping Within Indonesia (Outside Bali)

Orders are shipped via reliable national courier services. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities. Club Pantai is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international logistics disruptions. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


7. Packaging

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Whenever possible, orders are prepared in gift-ready condition. Minor variations in packaging presentation may occur.


8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If a product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If the defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund of the item value. For local orders in Bali, exchanges may be accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the item is unused, tags and packaging are intact, and stock is available. Refunds are generally not offered unless the product is defective. For domestic orders outside Bali and international orders, all sales are considered final, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.


9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers beyond our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers in filing claims and communicating with the courier. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Pantai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in this policy excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.


11. Product Variations

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or natural material variations. Such variations do not constitute defects.


12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or labor disputes.


13. Policy Updates

Club Pantai reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
